Coming from a rich history and strong local presence, we are the changing face of real estate in the Illawarra. Formerly trading as Bevans Wollongong and re-branding to Ianni & Co. Property in May 2018, we have continued to grow and share our passion for property with our community. With knowledge and expertise in all aspects of real estate including residential and commercial sales, residential and commercial leasing and property management, and new development off the plan sales – we know how to help you achieve the best outcome!
We love the Illawarra! Our team live and breathe the local life sharing our enthusiasm and passion for our beautiful city. The Illawarra is rapidly growing and being reshaped in the wave of renewal that is sweeping the region. Key in this changing environment, we are the steady hand that is helping pave the way.
