I have been going to auctions in the Keiraville/Gwynneville run by James and the Ianni & Co. team (my interaction was when they were formally known as Bevan’s Wollongong) for the past 12 months and consistently amazed by the incredible results achieved for their vendors. When the time came to sell it was a no brainer to use Ianni & Co. Property. Auctions can be a stressful time, however James was great with communication. Always following up any of my questions and continually providing updates and feedback. There was never a time a phone call was not returned or a meeting missed. James had great ideas to maximise property value to prospective clients. Being a unique property resulted in a smaller pool of potential buyers, so his attention to detail was key. I've been to many auctions on the day and see lots of pressure put on vendors by agents to sell under the hammer and take a reduced price. There was none of that from James but rather a predetermined price point by which I was comfortable in selling. This resulted in a great price 5 minutes after the fall of the hammer. Could not be happier with the overall process and result.

My wife and I purchased “off the plan” an Apartment from Ianni & Co back in 2017 in the Avante Building Wollongong . As it was our first time to buy off the plan, we had many questions and wanted to understand what we were doing and what we were getting ourselves into. Throughout the process James provided very good service to us, always coming back with an answer to our questions in a timely manner. James was upfront & honest with us, if he didn’t know the answer at the time, he went away and found out, then came back to us. Almost 3 years later, we moved into our new home, and we love it. We have now been here for 12 months. Everything we asked for and discussed has met our expectations, including the Developer TQM who have provided us with a good product that has met a modern lifestyle for us and our family. Great finishes and presentation have been taken into consideration for the build and delivered. Any minor issues that came about, have been dealt with and rectified by the TQM team that were on site at Avante, for at least a 6-month period. This enabled residents who required assistance to settle into the latest addition of TQM’S portfolio. We are very happy that we made the move when we did, and from a value for money perspective, we are extremely happy and proud to be living here. When my wife and I decided to put our Investment property for sale, we originally decided for a quick sale and were reluctant to outlay/spend any money on improvements.
